We strive to make our return policy as simple as possible. If your items arrive in less than perfect condition, please notify us at support@afroabstracts.com and we will arrange for a new item to be shipped your way or issue you a refund if requested. Unfortunately our return policy does not cover buyers remorse. Contact us with any questions and our friendly support team will be happy to help you out. Afro Abstracts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered by the customer. Upon inquiry, Afro Abstracts will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at support@afroabstracts.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you when a replacement is on its way.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement item will be sent your way.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
