When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped between 1-4 days.
How long does shipping take?
Standard US: 5 to 12 business days (but historically ships between 4-7 days)
Standard International: Can take up to 21 business days (but historically ships between 4-10 days)
*Please note that for international orders, not all tracking events may be represented in real time and this sometimes makes a shipment appear to be "stuck" at a certain place/event.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we offer tracking. Your tracking number will appear under your Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package by visiting our Track Your Order page.
How do you package orders?
Smaller sizes - Clear poly bag, thin corrugated cardboard to protect corners, and boxed.
Larger sizes - Clear poly bag, styrofoam protected corners, and boxed.
